We did a tech transfer, a PPQ series and have started commercial manufacturing with Henogen for a lentiviral vector. They were originally Novasep and then were since acquired by ThermoFisher Scientific towards the end of our PPQ series. They have b...een largely collaborative, but are inexperienced and often times unwilling to allow us to help them improve. They have grown in their capabilities and improved in execution, but are often behind schedule with execution and they need vast improvement in closure of batch related documentation to disposition product on-time. We are hoping they will benefit from ThermoFisher, but it is slow moving. They can at times want to be fiercely independent which is okay if you have the expertise and robust systems, but they do not have either.
