Exceptional CRO with great service and price
We had an excellent experience working with this CRO on a pilot NHP study. Their pricing is very competitive, and the service quality exceeded expectations. The team was flexible and accommodating, incorporating mid-study changes without issue. Inter...im reports were delivered promptly, which helped us keep our fundraising materials fully up to date. During the project, one internal email was accidentally shared with us. Although it had no impact on the study, the company handled the situation professionally and with transparency. On another occasion, we raised concerns about assay sensitivity for oligonucleotide detection in tissues - their BD/scientists immediately formulated a plan with us and then took action. The attempted multiple approaches and ultimately came up with a new bioanalytical assay. With the new assay, outstanding data was delivered. A major highlight was the hands-on involvement of their CEO, Dr. Chen, who personally met with us over coffee and lunch to understand our goals and offer advice/help. It’s rare to see such engagement from leadership, especially for a smaller project like ours. Overall, a highly capable, responsive, and trustworthy partner - strongly recommended.
